A full day of hiking, bird watching, and butterfly watching
Depart San José at 7:30 am and head to the Spyrogira Garden, a beautiful garden located in the Central Valley of Costa Rica.
Upon arrival at 8:00 am, enjoy a delicious typical Costa Rican breakfast.
At 9:00 am, begin your garden walk.
The garden has a variety of trails that will take you through forests, gardens and waterfalls.
Along the way, you'll spot a wide variety of plants and animals, including ancient trees, orchids, tropical birds, and butterflies.
At 11:30 am, make a stop at the butterfly garden.
The butterfly house is home to a variety of butterflies from around the world.
At 12:00 pm, enjoy a typical Costa Rican lunch.
After lunch, return to San José.
